Virtually nothing is being written these days on the long-term warrants associated with a few gold and silver mining companies. I suppose that is to be expected given that there are only 22 such warrants and they are associated with only 19 companies in total. That is unfortunate because those who are in the know can take advantage of the significant leverage warrants generate in a bull market over investing in physical gold and silver, precious metals company stocks and mutual/exchange traded funds. What am I talking about – and which warrants am I referring to? Let me explain. Words: 1703

The commercial investment industry [- from Wall Street to your personal financial advisor/planner -] is more interested in milking its clients for fees and spreading lies, deception and propaganda than in actually acting to preserve and build their clients’ wealth. In my opinion, “safe diversification” and “less volatile” strategies are nothing but pure absolute rubbish invented by and regurgitated from the mouths of such consultants. The U.S. dollar is in a classic dead cat bounce as it appears to fight desperately to avoid dropping below the much watched ‘72′ level. We say fight, but the real situation is not a fight at all; it’s a managed decline by the United States to lower the value of its currency and ultimately inflate away the mountain of debt that it realizes is impossible to ever re-pay… [and that will be of major benefit to future gold and silver prices and even more so to the stock of companies that mine the metals. Dollar Inflation remains the driver of the pricing environment for almost everything denominated in U.S. Dollars as long as the Fed continues to monetize debt. The debt monetization creates Dollar Inflation that results in Dollar Devaluation. By the time the Fed has ramped up the QE II that they have announced will end in June, I expect Gold, Silver, and the HUI will have risen to $1860 – $1975, $52 – $56 and 940 – 970 respectively. Let me show you why. Words: 1301

I am at a loss for words (something that rarely happens to me) as to why so many in the gold and silver sector have become so negative at this juncture in this Historic Precious Metals Bull Market. No doubt many have “2008-itis”, thinking that the Dow is going to crash [but my analyses of the PM market suggests that that is not going to be the case. Let me explain.] Words: 2497

Gold is in an historic Bull Market because most nations are printing their paper currencies like they are going out of style (and maybe they are) as each nation tries to battle off the massive deflationary backdrop of debt that has permeated most of the world. This surge of debt monetization – this devaluing of the U.S. Dollar for one – has set the scene for a parabolic rise in $Gold to $1860, or even more, over the coming months before an intermediate-term correction takes place.
